Power surges

A bus has been the centre of an explosion in Tavistock Square. This means the buses are on the same power circuit as the tube trains.

Why aren't they hitting Edinburgh? (Sorry Edinburgh).

Obviously, Matt, because the police are all in Edinburgh, and London is as defenceless as it gets.
