Dr John Reid, the Labour Minister for pub brawls has delivered a stinging attack on the use of doctored photographs in politics
Encouraged by journalists, Dr Reid claimed that altering photographs was "disgusting, appalling behaviour".
In a letter to Dorset South Conservative Association, Dr Reid wrote that doctoring photos was a "sick political stunt" saying that anyone who doctors photographs should be sacked as a warning to others who might think they could "do anything they like to fuel a wholly negative campaign".
